Where do you offer appointments?
Across Dubai — in hotel suites, private residences and select studios — and regularly across the wider Middle East. International appointments are arranged on request.
How do I book an appointment?
Send an enquiry through the booking form or message @myneronails on Instagram. Each appointment is confirmed personally, with availability released monthly.
How long does an appointment take?
Two hours or more. Every service is unhurried, with one guest at a time.
What products do you use?
Premium, breathable, long-wearing formulas, chosen to keep your natural nails healthy and strong.
Do you offer bridal and event appointments?
Yes — weddings, red-carpet evenings, VIP events and productions are all very welcome. Please enquire early, as these dates book quickly.
Is everything private and discreet?
Always. Discretion and immaculate hygiene are fundamental to how Nero Nails works.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible. Availability is limited and released monthly, and popular dates book up quickly.
What if I need to reschedule?
We kindly ask for as much notice as possible if your plans change. Full rescheduling details are confirmed with your booking.
